Our tenants pay their rent at our Bank and we want to change this

Hello everyone I'm a Property Manager of 15 apartments in a small town.

Tenants pay their rent at our bank.

90% of our tenants pay with a check.

I would like to set this up so that Tenants may pay their bill online.

Are you doing it this way and is is working for you to have your Tenants pay via Pay Pal or Pop Money or?

@John Murphy I have used paypal in the past. But check out Cozy.co - its a simple online payment/tenant portal site. They have beefed up their offering so you can now maintenance requests and track expenses as well through their website. Then check out Buildium, its a more full service property management software, which means it costs more, but should save you a lot of time and included rent collection online.

Good luck!
