Hello Fellow Real Estate Investors! I just passed my licensing exams in Denver, Colorado. I am now starting the process of looking for a Employing  Broker to hang my license under. I really want to specialize and focus on investment properties with positive cash flow potential. I would like to learn anything and everything that I can from this Brokeager. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations to help point me in a good direction? Any info or support would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in Advance!

Highly recommend joining a team at KW. Go through their training on THEIR dime. Let them feed you leads etc. Once you feel comfortable, then jump ship to a cheaper brokerage.
