They have 3 agents on a team and have to split 3 ways and on top of that give 50% to the commercial firm.So if they are selling a 10 million property they take a crappy 1% fee. 3 agents on the listing side 33k apiece and then 50% goes to the head firm.

We are currently marketing Lakewood, cross your fingers that the phone starts ringing monday when the letter's hit.Our team does not have a lot of deals, but when we get one, it is usually HOT and goes fast.

The integrations are delegating (and monitoring) tasks to team members the biggest plus for me.
