Obviously, this type of financing impacts your numbers, but could be a way to scale faster than involving a bank in every deal.

My question is now that its a sellers market should I pull all of the equity out and wait for the impending doom for buying power or just pull out what I originally asked for which was 60k that way I can braced for what impact might happen for any vacancy that might happen?

It seems if the area keeps growing home prices and rents in Everett are a good bet to rise, although I am a bit worried about how much of an impact the 737 Max grounding will begin to have on the rest of Boeing operations, including up in Everett.

I also buy properties for long term holdling, My questions is that if I open HELOC first, will this amount be counted as part to liabilty thus impact ledin hour for future.Thanks BP

My typical day varies, but the two books which have had the most impact on me are Getting Things Done and Traction.

Everyone on here helping out does a great job and makes a fantastic impact.

Perhaps in some cases by informing them of the impacts their actions are having you might affect some.Hard to fix that one.
