I have reached out to people in my network but there are only a couple who may be able to satisfy the requirements. 

I bought the building in very rough shape and have spent the last couple years spending a lot of time and money renovating (but only income from the building, not my own!).

Good Evening, I recently attended a class on Wholesaling at my University.

According to the neighbors and what I found after they departed, not so much.I recently attended a retirement seminar and had my eyes opened to a world I had not thought of, so I started researching.
