Searching for FHA 203K Loan Specialist near Waukegan, IL

Hello BP members,

I'm one of the newer members of the BP community. Like many "newbies", I'm going to lean on this community to give me some guidance/help with some of the questions I may have. In return, I intend to do the same for other noobs/members in the near future. Before I ask my first question, i figured I'd introduce myself and give you all a brief background of myself.

I'm a middle aged, family man, searching for financial freedom. I've determined that real-estate is my ticket to achieve my goal and I intend to reach it. I actually know I can do it, I can almost taste it. I have a full-time job and the pay is not that bad. Financially, I'm not completely broke, but lets just say that I'm not swimming in money (yet) neither.  My family past spending habits haven't been the greatest, but this has been identified, changes have been applied, and things are looking up. My credit score is improving, but not the greatest.

I'm eager to get my feet wet and get started, I've educated myself enough to take my first step and get the ball rolling. I plan on using a combination of strategies to get me started. I'd like to acquire a multi-family home, using a FHA 203k loan, rehab, and house hack the living hell out of the deal. It's my understanding that not every lender may be knowledgeable enough to make the process for this type of loan easy on the buyer. Where I currently need help is locating a lender with experience with this type of loan. With that being said...

Anyone in the Lake County/ Waukegan area have any experienced lenders (streamline and full) that they can refer me to? I don't have a property in mind yet, but I'd like to start creating relationships with my potential team.

Yes, there's nothing like word of mouth. Lazy, maybe, but I'm smart.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and any input you provide, will be appreciated.
