Can this be done? Without any physical meetings-just buy/sell like trading stocks and bonds? I ask because Detroit is a highly distressed market with very little volatility. If so how?

In this case, you could start the "parent" LLC, and then open separate "child" series, which are private documents you can create from your computer at home even, for each individual apartment you are purchasing.

This is a bit different because I've since given notice to vacate to 2 tenants and am out thousands of dollars in profit AND am carrying the mortgage myself if the deal falls through...Part of the reason I wanted to get a decision yesterday was to lock him into the computation of time for the inspection period.
