Hey everyone,

Been actively doing the BRRRR method for about a year now. Completed a single family home in Baltimore, MD while finishing up my Master's degree in CS. Will be moving up to a 4-5 unit up in Baltimore in about a month and will continue to grow from there.

Just moved down to South Florida a few months ago. A partner and myself are currently getting items in order to begin with a 4-5 unit and then move up from there. We're very familiar with the BRRRR process as our first home in Baltimore was an absolute nightmare and we faced every single problem possible (which I am thankful for). Our vision is that once we reach a couple hundred units we will be moving on to commercial real estate (whether that be large apartment buildings or retail locations).

Both of us are extremely motivated and decided to not pursue Computer Science and do this full time. Our sights are set on the highest limit possible and this is our passion.

We are looking for like-minded individuals, mentors, etc. to connect with! While we are getting things set up down here we have a ton of time on our hands and would love to chat.
