Every bank has their short sale packages available on their web site.

I have been associating with a couple of local realtors and the info from them and just what I see on the web is that if the house is in decent condition it goes quick.

Advertise at a Real Estate Investment group web site that you are a member of. 

However, if you have a killer company name, I'd look into locking up that web domain, and business cards are a must, and a facebook page for the company to get your friends' antenna perked up.
