What website services do you'all use for your REI websites?

I am a new investor and I was wondering what website service is used most among the REI community. I want to start out in wholesaling or bird-dogging so I need a website that is simple, clean and attractive, and is able to collect basic information from motivated sellers ( name, address, number). I just want to know what you'all use. Thanks.
