Will all the money put in during the the first calendar year qualify?

Since my business is structured as an LLC the taxes have them all reported together as LLCs are a pass through tax structure.  

Most importantly, the registered agent is listed on the documents, so my personal name doesn't appear anywhere and I can't be traced.I registered the LLCs and then filed a Quit Claim Deed to transfer the property from my personal name to the LLC.

Is it the inspector?

You may also be able to simply QCD the property in your LLC but you run the risk of the current lender calling the note due because of the transfer.
