Apparently this GM and his crew didn't put down painters blankets or sheets to catch the old window's glass when it was broken out in order to install the new double pane windows.

@Mike Adams I´m not sure if you meant it this way, but insinuating that your broken door or a belief that they won´t treat your place well relates to  their income level is very inaccurate, bias and stereotypical.

Such as encouraging newbies to flip a property long distance.I cant think of any thing more risky than someone with no experience with rehab flipping etc.. decides to go at it like presented in that book.. there is going to be a lot of hearts broken and Bigger pockets become smaller pockets.. that's just uber crazy and risky.

For a 1500 sq ft home in my area I would budget about $5k for a new boiler installation (including chimney liner if needed) and then maybe $2k additional to fix/replace any broken heat pipes/baseboard units and to patch any drywall where they needed to open it to repair pipes.

I ensure all my facilities have the following security measures:- camera system- main office fire/security system- keypad entry gate- adequate lightingMy managers also conduct what we call lock checks in the facility every day to help ensure all units that should be secure are secure, and that all is where it should be (there are no broken or cut locks, locks are on rented units, etc.).
