@Michael BishopI'm a believer in "trust but verify" but probably good advice in just going straight to the securities attorney for direct answers. 

I believe that it's unfair not to allow non-Accredited investors but, unfortunately, those are the rules set by the SEC.

Other than a spouse, I do not believe that the VA will allow anyone else to be on the title and it certainly cannot be in the name of a separate legal entity.

I believe its great to learn both, especially if you are already or are planning to be an investor. 

The guy being interviewed was from Florida I believe.
