BUT... keep this in mind too.Ranking #1 is just half the battle.

It was a constant battle to get information of any kind and to get things done that they owed me contractually.

Sometimes from looking at the report you can see that people may have been in past credit trouble, but are now been battling back.Also don’t forget to look at their total monthly credit payments due as an evaluation factor.Lastly, don’t be afraid to ask the applicant about things you see on the report to gain insight. 

@Tony Battle I'm open to cheaper options but the reality is $55 to make 50k is nothing.  

Even though Homevestors was legally wrong, others consented because the cost of the legal battle wasn't worth it. 

We because of the cleaning and lack of time to run our Ozone machine, the new guest complained they could smell smoke (which was likely the ceiling) and Evolve refunded their stay which we believe that that we should still be compensated for the guest stay and because it was their guest that smoked causing the refund to the new guest….3.
