I am new in BP and really inspired of amount of information that being posted here.

There is a lot of good information and inspirational stories, especially in some of the older podcasts.

What I suggest is for you not to be directly involved in any of his transactions, but to maybe be an inspiration for him.

I was so inspired, I voted for every post in this forum.We are coming up with options for the late/no pays.

I think that is incredible and inspiring - he must have felt in his heart that was the right thing to do and he'll certainly be blessed 10 fold down the line. 

Thank you Brendon and all others who have contributed and educate newbie like me, It's really inspiring and motivating to understand the nuances, pitfalls and advising on how to build wealth with the content on this website, videos shared and podcasts.I live in Toronto, Does biggerpockets exist here in canada in terms of connections, networks, partners, lenders, events, etc?

Also, The Richest Man in Babylon is what got us started with a specific framework to start budgeting (we've adjusted it somewhat, but it's still my inspiration).The podcast that has helped me the most to get in the investor mindset is Keith Weinhold's Get Rich Education.
