Hello everyone! I am new in BP and really inspired of amount of information that being posted here. Right now I am moving to Georgia and looking for opportunity to start there in real estate investing. I was very inspired by thread: How to buy a tax deed at the Fulton County Tax Sale, Atlanta, GA - Thanks to Dan Mahoney! He described a guide how to search deed sales in Fulton County in Georgia. Since I have experience in IT - I automated all these steps and combine in one Excel file. Please find it here: https://docs.google.com/spread...

Any feedback is really appreciated. I am looking forward for any suggestions, ideas and improvement. What kind on information do you need and do you actually need such report or it's a waste of time. I would like to contribute to community of investors in Georgia.

Good information. As this is Fulton County, keep in mind that these sales from Fulton County directly can be for tax LIENS rather than tax DEEDS, whereas if the sale is from a 3rd-party lienholder, the sale is for a tax DEED.  It's important to know whether you're bidding on a lien or a deed, and who your seller is, as it completely changes the legal follow-up and risk-analysis required (and the profitability analysis as well). source: This is my day-job for my clients.
