All the apps and websites I've read and heard about don't work in Canada.

If you haven't already done so, I would suggest buying Jay Scott's books on flipping and estimating rehab costs, available at the BP store.  

But if we don't mind the store ( the daily operations, tenant selection, site facilities maintenance) and only work on expansion of the portfolio, the sky can come crashing down.There's an old adage: the longest journey begins with just a single step.

Kuba F. you should come down to West Anaheim if you need day labor.The Brookhurst St. store have dozens standing around looking for work.All the Home Depots in Northwest Orange County have day laborers to spare.

One more compelling reason is that you get 15GB on Google Drive for free (with all that integration and apps), but only 2GB on Dropbox.

It was an old convenient store with gas pumps.

The logic is that at a wall lots of items can be stored against it so there is more fuel.
