Hi Minna,one possibility could be to search the county tax appraiser's website and look at properties one by one, where you will see the address where the tax bill is sent --> the owners' address of record.It's not a simple 'put in the parameters and create a list' method, but if you are targeting a certain community, for example, you can identify the owners' locations that way.

I have the seller give me a power of attorney to conduct all business for the property and have the seller change their address on all correspondence with the bank to my PO Box.

You really need to team up with a mortgage consultant and address all the questions needed to make this type of analysis.Just asking on a board like this is no substitue for getting prequalified.Have you discussed any options yet with a mortgage professional?
