Rent, Lease, Sell, Contracts
Hello
I am looking for advice on how to get all the contracts I need so I can be ready and have multiple exit strategies. I have a pro buyers contract a long with a special stipulations page I will use when I have to go through a real estate agent. The buying contract isn't my concert. I also feel I have a pretty good sellers contract when I have a property to do a retail sell. Where I'm getting stuck is what is the best way to get a Rental, Lease/option, land trust, etc contracts ? Should I go have a sit down with my lawyer and explain to him my exit strategies and let him draw up contracts that will work? Any advice is appreciated.
