They want to structure an agreement where the daughter is added to the mortgage to make it official and That’s all I got for now. 

I give them 12 slips per year and they take money to bank into my LLC business account.I scanned a deposit slip into my computer and added all the information and also print big capital letters apartment number and or address.

Could you pay them some money each week for the trouble  and stay with a family member or close friend or work associate with extra space 

While we of course believe they already are a big help to our members, we want to keep adding perks and benefits relentlessly.

Therefore, they have to pay rent through July 23, and then provide an extra $1295 on top of that, security deposit works the same as it would at the end of the lease.

Guess I should have added a little more info.

Might get $3000 through Airbnb for a 1 bed; for me the extra work and risk aren't worth it. 

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.
