Does anyone know of a good website for demographics and or traffic counts?

Our client reached out to us on our website after their friend saw us on Facebook and recommended that they reach out.

Purchase price: $900,000 Cash invested: $200,000 Bought a villa with a guest house that is being rented on various short-term rental websites, and is also making a bit of income through weddings and Netflix after parties.

@Alphonso Fletcher- You could pay many thousands of dollars for a consulting service, or you could simply use what's available on this website. 

And I believe Airbnb tracks this and has some info on their website.

You need to #1 - Find the city website and  see what their rules are. #2 - Follow up with a visit to their office to verify and ask more questions. #3 - If a particular municipality is too strict or unreasonable, just move your search to where ever you have to.

For the last several months I've been researching potential note purchases from the third party websites. 

Also, start setting up searches for "Real Estate Internship" on website such as indeed and see what you get.

Pay $79, or whatever the cost is for propertyradar.com or similar website and the website sometimes has phone numbers, the owner's mailing address and email addresses.

I can look at Zillow or any other websites, but I don't know how much the information is worthy from an appraisal point of view.
