Hello All,

I stumbled upon this goldmine of a site/resources. My wife and I have 2 investment properties at the moment in San Antonio, TX - both > 10% COC (50% LTV on #1 and 65% LTV on #2) and currently working on a flip/possible hold we paid cash for which should be ready by next year. I'm super excited to learn from more experienced investors on how to continue growth and make the right moves. I'm very handy and do most of the work myself minus foundation/roofing/plumbing but have built some good relationships with laborer that help me. I'm in the mortgage business as a call-center loan officer, wanting to branch out, and from guys/girls that are growing and winning. I'm a wealth of knowledge on the conventional lending side if anyone has questions.
