I also added ceiling fans to all of the bedrooms, put in 6 panel doors, replaced the missing AC's and furnaces and added tankless hot water heaters among other things.Let me know what you think and thanks for reading if you made it this far!

If it's simple enough that it can be taught in a weekend, it's not worth paying $20,000-$50,000 for.If it takes a whole weekend of diamond-hard selling to get someone to buy it, it's not worth paying $20,000-$50,000 for.There are good courses out there for reasonable prices (Ben Leybovich comes to mind) but this type of 'lock you in a pep-rally' sales....I'm not a fan at all.
