Nashville Investor Agnet
I'm new to investing (have done one flip in southern ca. bought an REO and flipped for 45k profit). Looking to invest 45 k possibly in buy and holds in my new area of Nashville TN. I've learned a lot from flipping a house, but I'm looking for passive income now and want to start building wealth/ portfolio.
Done so much research here and elsewhere and I'm having trouble figuring out the best way to reinvest the money.
Single family? Multi family? REO?
Can anyone recommend an agent good for investors in Nashville?
Any tips/ suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!
Allison
