I was just recently introduced to MongoDB where I work, and thought this would be perfect for storing property/area/contact info when I finally get around to doing my direct mail campaign.  

Or just as bad, maybe some idiot buys it and does his own electrical work and there's a deadly fire, how much will that cost to prove it wasn't Pete's work that started that fire!!!!

Run the numbers and you'll probably come to understand what could work and what wouldn't work.IL teams are spread to many cities that have great opportunities for REI, including Buffalo, Syracuse, Louisville, Columbus, and Indianapolis.  

Truth is, there are no magic shortcuts.

I am very handy and have most of my own tool to do basic handyman work and yard work.

@Jaimie Chen You could try to ascertain who did the work and why.  

I guess I except such things as drywall texture, wiring hook up in box,hvac installs,  AND you have to watch them like a hawk so they dont shortcut their jobs.

I am determined to make this work and hope to get started officially in the real estate acquisition business.
