I am looking for a experienced rental property investor in the southern Indiana area that wouldn't mind mentoring someone just jetting started as a real estate investor. In exchange for your advice and wisdom I am willing to trade my labor. I am very handy and have most of my own tool to do basic handyman work and yard work.
