I'm using Redfin and in keywords if I type "in-law" a bunch of different properties show up, but they all seem to be just SFH with basements that have kitchens, and that is not going to work.

@Mike Young conforming laws prevent "conventional" lenders from originating a loan to an LLC...so, you're out of luck if you use a lender using conforming guidelines to underwrite.
