Terminology For SFH with Coach House?

Last year my grandmother sold her condo because she was no longer able to live alone; she is currently living at her sister's house until we can find a more permanent solution (was originally hoping for a nursing home, but she is opposed to that idea). We recently found out she is able to get care 7 days a week by a nurse paid for by the state government. My grandmother is sitting on about $26,000 and knows I just began investing in real estate so she is offering to "gift" me that if I buy a SFH that also has some kind of coach house or apartment on the property (this way I would be close if she needs assistance, but not too close where we are actually living with each other).

I'm having a hard time finding these types of properties in suburban Illinois. This purchase probably wouldn't be til next year, but I'm trying to get an idea of the market. I'm using Redfin and in keywords if I type "in-law" a bunch of different properties show up, but they all seem to be just SFH with basements that have kitchens, and that is not going to work. So my question is which keywords should I be using in a search to find properties like this? Coach house is coming up with zero results so far.
