This is all he really says about it though and after searching the internet I can not find solid evidence either way.  

I went through something similar to this long ago, didn't have the benefit back then of the internet and a place like this to get feedback.

I also can relate because I have been working on getting more into internet marketing and creating my own real estate education programs.

I have developed a knack for internet marketing and advertising and have a great skill for putting a lot of people in front of any property.

Super awesome and I know there are a bunch of other internet related websites that collect rent. 

I take responsibility for my reference to the case and with hindsight, it would've been helpful for non-Washington State readers to know that overturning an amendment isn't "easy relief", regardless of the Filmore case.However, I wouldn't be so quick to discount the case's merits just because the Internet's legal scholars aren't discussing it.  

That trait has been passed on to me, and through that discovery I was able to open a beauty salon with my wife, an internet based collectibles business, and now beginning to invest in real estate while simultaneously working as an agent for Keller-Williams. 

I spent some time - I didn't keep a good time log, figure about 2-21/2 hours on various phone calls and internet time researching the property, neighborhoods, talking to friends, bank, utility companies, etc. and about $130 bucks between the title search and a couple of records searches but I count that as part of the education process.
