Hi Bp Community,I need Help locating a local bank in the Houston Texas area that would do FHA 203k loans and also consider bridge loans.

I move around a lot, lived in NY, LA, now in Houston, TX.

As I play around with my numbers, and especially as I look at how property taxes work here in Houston, I've been questioning if a long term buy and hold strategy works very well here.  

If anyone knows of any in the south part of the Houston, Texas area, especially  below 610 South I would be greatful to hear from you.

I also have read the city of Houston has revoked 900 vouchers from applicants who are not currently in housing.
