Hi everyone.  Just discovered BP the other day and love it, can't wait to implement it! I move around a lot, lived in NY, LA, now in Houston, TX. Property is very expensive in and around the city, and I don't want to be a slum lord (I don't have the heart). I'm thinking about starting with SFRs around 250-450k. So, any advice would be welcome! Thanks.
