@John Brinkos, Hi, My husband and I bought a MHP and initially had trouble with the loan also. 

I would've liked to buy just the fourplex, but the seller would not separate the properties so I bought both the house and fourplex.

I haven't bought their list, but you can see what's available in your area to be more efficient.  

My group bought 2 good size deals last year in this smokin' hot seller's market (full disclosure- we did underwriting on about 500 deals though) and there's no reason why you can't get a piece of the action. 

If it does, and you didn’t want to pay the full amount, probably should have bought the coverage.

Bought one some a few years ago and sold it later for profit without doing a thing. 

I've only bought out-of-state properties (living in Los Angeles) and it's certainly been worth it.

I used to work with Yadkin Bank but bought out by First National of P.A. and they have been a NIGHTMARE even with existing loans.
