I am a fan of compartmentalizing your businesses to separate liability and for tax benefits.

They virtually disappeared for a couple of years, there's a lot of cash, money is cheap and good deals are not as frequent as banks are controlling (managing) their inventories to massage their books over several quarters...

LOLI agree many sites aren't targeting add revenue as the goal.I get offers frequently because of my page ranking to swap links,pay for links,put ads on etc.I don't want any of that crap on my sites.I checked one of my friends sites that says it is worth 12,000 and they have already had offers from Home Gain and House Values for over a million to buy them which they declined.Doesn't matter what you are buying everyone is always looking for the deal.

This is not always the case, but frequently is.Do NOT pay the big money for courses from Whitney, Trump, Kiyosaki, Allen, etc.
