A good selection of real estate forms

Mike Alverd
Posted

Hi,

I am getting ready to start in the real estate investing business. I have looked through the forum for some standard forms (purchase & sale, assignment, lease/option, etc.)

I found a site that Ron Legrand has for $59/month that has a lot of forms under the Resources section. I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with these forms & their quality. Obviously these forms should be run by a local attorney, right?

I'm not sure if I can put the website, but this is it. The site is rons gold club . com

Or, is there a site that would you all would recommend for forms?
