Again this requires boots on ground and most LPs will just take word of GP

Hello All,I have found a few posts on this topic but still hoping for a bit of clarification in regard to this specific situation.I currently have a tenant that is wanting his good friend who is ill to move in with him so that he can take care of him.

So, now almost two years later, I've had to close my flipping business because I can not seem to recover from this loss. 

@Vincent Paventa You may want to skip trace owners of rooming houses in your targeted area and call them directly, this would probably be your best source of sound advice.

If there's anyone who sees this that would be willing to hop on a quick 10-minute call to talk about possible career paths in real estate, I'd really appreciate it.

What resources / vendors exist out there for this?

I'd like to do fix and flips full time but don't quite have the capital to do this from the start.
