Hello, my name is Tom Cooper. I've lived and worked in the Daytona Beach area for 25 years and currently live in Port Orange, Florida. I'm planning on jumping into the real estate game in 2016. The plan is to go part time at first and then full time by 2017. I'd like to do fix and flips full time but don't quite have the capital to do this from the start. I plan to start out by wholesaling to build capital. Then transitioning toward fix and flips along with buy and hold rentals. My wife is a long time real estate agent in the area. She is very busy in our local market, selling over 80 homes and business' in 2015. I'm excited for this new adventure and can wait to get started but not really sure where to begin. I've been reading every real estate book I can get my hands on and listening to podcast daily. Please message me with any questions. Thanks!
