Mindy, I think it is a TuneIn issue because I downloaded the app to my phone and they do not have the latest 2 episodes.

Even if all of this is found to be unfeasible, I think it would be worth creating a property management app that gave points to tenants for completing checklists of routine home maintenance in exchange for points, like you mentioned.

They even have an app that allows you to get audiobooks for free and speed them up similar to audible.

It's a free app, I started using it recently and really enjoy it.
