Best Property Management Software for a Newbie??

Inheriting renters on 3 units that we are closing on at end of month.  We are new to landlording and would like to know which software is best.  So far I have seen Cozy.co and RentRedi.  I will not be using Quickbooks and hate it.  I am a bookkeeper and use a different software.  Stessa looked great for bookkeeping but I need Property Management and to be paid electronically.  Any suggestions?
