I verified with a couple of the numbers to make sure the VA wasn't ripping me off, and they do match my skip trace.However, I just got done calling about 20 of them and all except one, never went to voice mail.

i get a lot of training and experience from him so it works out welll for me since i am a somewhat new agent.i was thinking about proposing 1-3 thousand dollar investment into the company and/or hoping he would match me on the deal, and in return i get paid more from the deals we close.My thoughts : i think it would work, because he is real good at closing deals + i can get experience.

so I did some driving for dollars and located couple vacant homes, got the address and looked it up on public tax records and got the owners name and grabbed the phone books and called the names that were almost matching, could not find the exact name off the phone book to the name on the tax records no one answered so left voicemails, it's been a week and no one got back to me yet, Decided to try and talk with some neighbors and it seams like no one knows who or how to get in touch with the owner?

Assuming you spend 10k yo match whatever that 110k sold for, then you got 17k profit, not bad, not that good either.
