If you successfully "seal" it, any backups due to blockage anywhere from the main floor all the way to the street will then eventually be forced to rise to your main floor toilet, showers, and sinks...before spilling out (or, if you have a washing machine standpipe in the basement, that will back up first).

I keep extra mattress covers and switch it out and wash the old one.

It requires one who has a well oiled, time tested "machine" because those "leads" are just Opportunities, and they only translate into $$$$ is handled in a very precise, action-centric manner that turns them into such. 

When a potential buyer is scrolling the MLS or Zillow, all they are seeing is grey walls and white shaker cabinets and grey washed LVP floors.  

So that machine and others items purchased within that 30-45 day period were all potential income.I had to go work hard afterwards to produce an income from that possibly that was created.

When you buy a new car, you find yourself parking further from other cars, keeping it in the garage, washing it more frequently, etc.

My dog is so sweet, never does anything ever, washes dishes and does laundry, he is amazing!

Having lived in developing countries and seen some pretty rough living conditions even here in the States, I don't don't find the idea of washing with a sponge all that hard to imagine.

Welcome @Colby Valladares I can't say I know anything about the Washing Oregon area but if you're willing to take the time to visit and learn other cities don't be too fearful about investing out of state.
