That would make me feel so good because I'd be preventing the sour feelings of someone moving into a house that had all the cosmetic touches but none of the real work completed.I'm learning as much as I can about real estate through BP, cheap Kindle books, YouTube videos, etc.  

Any of these will interact heavily with seasoned investors.

I love Real Estate and I'm really looking forward to interacting with my fellow investors on Bigger Pockets.

BP has free online educational videos and courses for you to learn from.

So i have been learning and listening to great advice from different types of videos, podcast, friends and so on.

I have been reading eBooks and watching YouTube videos to increase my knowledge, but I would like to gain more information.

My biggest piece of advice is to spend time interacting in the forums.

I will watch the videos to learn what I can before I make an hasty move.  

Keep your day job and enroll into RE school to get your RE license this will get you interacting with like minded individuals..

There are more expenses and more work but a good PM who does vacation rentals (very important distinction) could get your property up and running for you and handle all the bookings, guest interactions, maintenance, etc.
