Hello everyone,

My name is Tea. I live in Houston, TX. I am new to this industry. I am very interested in investing in real estate and willing to learn everything I possibly can in order to become successful. My ultimate goal is financial freedom. I would like to start wholesaling some deals first and eventually move into buy and hold and maybe some fix & flips.

I have been reading eBooks and watching YouTube videos to increase my knowledge, but I would like to gain more information. I am also interested in participating in any local real estate investor meetup groups as well.
