That's impressive my friend.  

I have not yet spoken directly with a lender yet but I was under the impression that with the market where it is, getting a HM loan with low down is quite doable.

I was pleasantly surprised with his serious everyone took it and impressed that everyone walked away with a benefit/ tidbit of information to help their businesses.

I was just under the impression that more hands on meant more time invested.

And believing that a 6 month old thread on here is somehow "most tax professionals agree," is lame.As for not needing a receipt- again, the discussion has shifted from no receipt is needed for under $75, to well, I guess travel expenses, to well, no - you better have records- i.e. credit card bills, cancelled checks, etc.Had I not taken you to task then a reader of this thread would have been left with the false impression that he could just jot down every expenditure on an index card.

I haven’t been impressed at him wasting my time.
