Partnering within a SDIRA
I have been under the impression that I can not in anyway partner with a disqualified party. Such as myself or a direct descendant.
However, I was at a meetup last night where a representative from a well known provider of SDIRA's was stating that you could as long as you split all costs and revenue appropriately. For example, 75% out of SDIRA and 25% from myself or a disqualified party.
Has anyone else heard of this?

Yes it can be done. However, as @Dmitriy Fomichenko so eloquently stated “it must meet certain criteria”. Think about the checkbook Ira, review the Adler decision DOL opinion 2000-10A, and if you need more information check back in.
