.- Make sure you your realtor has experience with investors... there is a huge difference there only- Property Managers are super valuable: think about this not all realtors work with investors, almost all property managers work with investors, out of State investors; have already a network, many of them have also a real estate license, etc.- "low crime, good schools nearby, fair rent, etc."
