Hello everyone ,

Iv found an amazing deal in my local area ! I talked to a few people and they recommended I use a hard money lender . I asked a few questions but I still don’t understand how a hard money lender works . Could anyone help me out or give me some places to get valuable information? Any advice or recommendations are very appreciated.
