I'm thinking of transferring my TSP to an IRA Roth and use the funds for my first property.Thought and ideas please??

Can my business partner transfer an X amount in my business checking account for me to “borrow” and eventually give back, without that X amount getting taxed?

@Ryan KovacsAbout twenty years ago a couple of San Francisco residential co-ops were able to successfully convert to condominium ownership.

We were worried that we would have to sell our house in east Raleigh, transfer equity, and come out of pocket to get a 2-4 unit it Austin.

Like I said, the only hard requirement is sunlight, since I spend all of my time programming in a room and if it's dark all the time my mental health suffers.As for home ownership, it's in the plan.

Down the road we may want to transfer title in the others to joint ownership depending on what the accountant and attorney says.
