Start with posting the property here, if not already, any advertisement is good advertisement.Use non-traditional methods, if allowed by code authorities, i.e. helium ballons with FOR SALE attached to the roof in a way that people cannot quickly steal, but can see from great distances; use flashing (not strobe lights) inside the house that could drawn attention to signage inside the house; utilize the local businesses and offer reasonable rewards for a buyer.I tend to think outside of the box.
