Although I do agree with your statement and sentiments, the reference that I am making to this administration is that they are turning up the heat too fast, in my opinion.

I'm not sure how to take that statement, it would seem that any investor involvement is equal to undesirable to an HOA but in fact it is the investor who has the ability to financially pull the HOA out of a slump by purchasing these properties at a discount and reselling them for a profit slowly bringing up the value of the community again.

Based on some statements he makes in the book things seem pretty straight forward, To date I have done some initial prospecting on a city I want to invest in, found a few properties that have some high level numbers that seem to work, but my one sticking point so far is the downpayment.
