Talking to sellers/buyers
How do i talk to a seller about what my intentions are as a wholesaler if I'm double closing or do they even need to know? And do buyers need to know what I'm doing,will they find out? Dont want the deal being killed trying to assign and dont want buyers knowing how much my profit is if possible.
